tvN’s Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (commonly known as Goblin) tells the story of an immortal goblin who is searching for his bride, a high school girl who can end his eternal life, and a forgetful Grim Reaper who shares a house with him. With its poetic lines, unique fantasy universe, and the amazing chemistry between actors, Goblin captivated audiences in Korea and around the world. The 16-episode drama aired from December 2, 2016 to January 21, 2017, with ratings soaring past 20%, sparking a phenomenon now known as the “Goblin Syndrome.”

Kim Shin (played by Gong Yoo), an immortal goblin who has lived for over 900 years, is waiting for his destined bride to end his life.
